Are donations and sponsorships tax-deductible?
Yes. Truckee Snowbotics is fiscally sponsored by Hack Club, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN: 81-2908499). Donations and sponsorships are tax-deductible to the full extent permitted by law. You will receive a receipt from Hack Club for your records.
How is my contribution used?
Funds go directly toward competition registration fees, robot parts and materials, travel to tournaments, and team tools. All spending is transparently tracked through Hack Club Bank — you can view our public ledger on our Hack Club page.
What recognition does my organization receive?
Sponsors are featured on this website with your logo and a link to your site. Depending on sponsorship level, your logo may also appear on our robot, team shirts, and pit display at competitions. See the sponsorship form for full tier details.
How do I complete a sponsorship?
Download and fill out the sponsorship form, then send it to contact@snowbotics.org. Payment can be made via check or online through our Hack Club page. We'll follow up promptly.
Can I make a one-time donation instead of a sponsorship?
Absolutely. Any amount is appreciated and tax-deductible. Use the Hack Club donation page or reach out to contact@snowbotics.org if you'd prefer to send a check.
